# chapter accelerator 2026

<details>

<summary>✨why does it matter? why now?✨</summary>

Across the world, oikos chapters are doing inspiring work: organizing events, starting conversations, and bringing new ideas into their universities. But we also know something else.

Many initiatives remain short-term. Ideas start with energy, but disappear when boards change. Impact often stays at the level of awareness rather than lasting change.

*And yet the potential of this community is far greater.*

oikos is not just an organization. It’s a movement. **A movement of youth leaders working to transform business and economics starting with education.**

If we want that transformation to happen, we need to move beyond isolated activities and start building **long-term, coordinated impact**. That is why we created the **Chapter Accelerator**.

Through this program we want to:

• **Guide chapters** toward the work that creates *real change*\
• **Equip you with tools** to build stronger teams, strategies, and initiatives\
• **Connect you to the global movement**, so chapters and individuals can learn from each other and grow together

Because meaningful change does not happen through one-off events. It happens when a community learns, aligns, and builds together.

And that’s what the Chapter Accelerator is here for.
