# LEAP YOUth

<mark style="background-color:yellow;">LEAP YOUth</mark> is a 10-month transformational leadership program for international students from oikos community focusing on building leadership capacity with the necessary competencies, qualities, practices, tools and global network to become conscious leaders in the co-creation of thriving and sustainable societies. Since 2015, 300+ participants from 30+ countries have been equipped with knowledge and capacity for conscious leadership on transformative change for sustainability, empowered and inspired to act as conscious leaders in their communities.
