Main recommendations for motivation & engagement:

  1. Social activities (that are even open for friends of members)

  2. Team building activities

  3. Special programs for chapter members (e.g. chapter LEAP)

  4. Be adaptive to and consider the motivators of members e.g. special interests in a topic/project, meeting new people

  5. Consider exam periods, plan accordingly and leave people space during this stressful time

Noemi, oikos Graz president '23, sharing about her experience with keeping chapter members motivated.
