* Have **clear roles & responsibilities** e.g. by having core departments with heads/board members&#x20;
* Examples for departments/sub-teams within your chapter:&#x20;
  * Legal (e.g. for contracts, drafting by-laws)
  * Human Resources (e.g. for member recruiting and team buildings)
  * Finance (e.g. for handling the budget and finding sponsors)
  * Marketing (e.g. for social media and on-campus marketing)
  * Digital/IT (e.g. for handling the website)
  * Projects (e.g. managing/coordinating projects of the chapter)
