Main recommendations for structuring & governing your chapter:

  • Have clear roles & responsibilities e.g. by having core departments with heads/board members

  • Examples for departments/sub-teams within your chapter:

    • Legal (e.g. for contracts, drafting by-laws)

    • Human Resources (e.g. for member recruiting and team buildings)

    • Finance (e.g. for handling the budget and finding sponsors)

    • Marketing (e.g. for social media and on-campus marketing)
