Airtable is a lot of things. It is a cloud collaboration tool combining database and spreadsheet functions and is mainly used to improve workflows, project or data management. At oikos, we are currently using Airtable for quite a lot of different purposes:
Fundraising ()
Application processes
Reimbursment requests
Partnerships management
Role overviews
etc.
Each topic has an own so-called base (short for database) which contains all of the relevant data of a particular working area or project. Here are our current bases:
